Notice. IT is contemplated by certain Parties in this District who object to the appointment by His Zordship the Bishop of Wellington, of the Rev. C. H. S. Nicholls to the cure of this Parish, against the wishes expressed of a-. t large number of the Parishioners, to erect a< second Church in this Town, and in fur-, tlierance of the carrying out of this work a. Subscription List has been opened, and a Committee has been appointed to at once pur*, chase the Timber, that will, be required for the Building. The insinuation thrown out by the “ Minister, Churchwardens , and Vestry ” in their advertisement in this issue will be noticed; in next week’s paper.
