Auckland, February 24. Wholesale —Fine flour, <£22, seconds. £lB, Wheat, 88. , r / Retail. —-Fine flour, 245., seconds, 20a. per 100 lbs., bread, 21b,-loaf, ; '6d. Canterbury— February 29. The millers reduced the price of flour last week to £22 per ton; and the bakers followed suit in the price of bread, which is now le. for the 41b. loaf. Wheat ranges about 6s. per bushel, but is offered at ss. on advances, so the average may be considered ss. 6d. to ss. 9d— Standard , March 1. Wellington, March 2. The Mills— The flour market is in rather an unsettled state, and piices nominal, with a downward tendency. The supply of wheat has lately been very limitted ; but now it is coming more freely to market. Flour fine, £25 to £26 per ton. Whe&t, 9s. 6d. to 10s. 6d. per bushel. Beef, 2d. to sd. per lb. Mutton, 3d. to 6d. per lb.— Independent, March 3.
