Campbell there situate; and whereas the said sum ef £lO 15s 7d and costs, £2 lls 3d, hath not been paid nor any part thereof; and whereas the same, together with legal interest thereon, is now leviable by sale of a sufficient portion of said section No. 100, against the owner thereof; Now therefore I do hereby give notice, that a sufficientportion of said section, as set out by. me in terms of the Fencing Act of the Provincial Council of JFellington, Sess. 1, No. 13—to wit, IS acres 2 roods 1 perch—will be sold by mo by Public Auction, at the Court-house at JFanganui, on Wednesday tho 29th day of February 1860, at 12 o’clock, noon, to defray said amount and all expenses.
