For Sale A Valuable Block of Land in the Upper Rangitikei, containing 375 Acres, more or less, (situate in the “Horse Shoe,” and contiguous to Mr. McBeth’s Station.) A large portion of which is Fine Alluvial Soil fit for the Plough, with a plentiful supply of Wood and Water, and is well adapted for a comfortable homestead. “MILO” Will Stand this Season AT KAIIWI. THE above Thoroughbred DRAFT STALION imported by Mr. Imlay, from New South Wales to Taranaki, where he produced some of the best Stock in the Colony. Terms—£3 3s. each Mare. With an allowance, if more than Two, be sent belonging to one person. The use of Paddocks for Mares may be had at 2s. 6d. per but without responsibility. Fees on account of the above Horse to be paid by the 1st February, 1860. Apply to JOHN TREWEEK, Junr. Kaiiwi, Oct. 27, 1859.

To Cover this Season, AT WESTMERE FARM, On or after the 1st November, Next, The Draught Horse WALLACE. WALLACE is a Bright Bay, stands 16 hands high, of Great Power, and good Temper, and his Stock will compare with any in this District. Terms £3 3s. each Mare, an allowance made for two or more Mares. ALSO, THE ATTRACTIVE LITTLE HORSE MAGNET. TERMS £2 2s. EACH MARE. Good Paddocks provided, if required, at 2s. 6d. per week, but no responsibility incurred. To Serve this Season, AT MR. JOHN WALKER’S, Right Bank Wanganui River, After the 13th October Next, THAT SPLENDID ENTIRE HORSE GREY LINCOLN. GREY LINCOLN is a Dapple Grey, stands 16 hands 1 inch high ; has great power and good temper ; a Horse of this stamp has long been wanted here; he has lately been purchased for a large sum at Auckland, by Capt. Marshall and Mr. W. Swainson. Terms £4 10s. for Single Mares, and £4 each for two or more. Also, At the same time and place, THE CELEBRATED HORSE PHANTOM. PHANTOM is a Light Grey, stands 15 hands 3 inches high; his Stock both here and at Taranaki have turned out first rate. Mr. Treweek of Kai Iwi, has a 3 year old Filly by him, for which he has refused 70 guineas. He is supposed to be a Thorougbred Arabian, and formerly belonged to P. Imlay, Esq. For further Particlars apply to H. Towgood, Esq., owner, or to Mr. John Walker. Terms £3 each Mare without guarantee, £5 with a guarantee. An allowance made for Two or more Mares. Good Paddocks provided at 2s. per week. Every care will be taken of the Mares, but no responsibility incurred. Both Horses will be shown at the Rutland Hotel, on the 13th October Next. Sept, 29, 1859.
