SYDNEY MARKETS

Dec. 3 —The mills quote fine flour at £2l, and second quality at £l9 per ton of 2000 lbs. Wheat is worth Bs. per bushel, bran Is. 4d per bushel. Bread s|d. per 21b. loaf. Potatoes £6 to £B. Rice £l9 to £l9 10s. for No. 1 'Patna. Sugars move very slowly. Some small parcels of teas have changed hands at full quotations, but the dealers purchase very cautiously. Tobacco is a shade flatter, owing to arrivals. Cigars are very dull. The wool sale to day went off very flatly, and the large portion of what was advertised was withdrawn.
