BUT UNABLE TO SEE THE LIGHT.. MR. GANDHI’S PROBLEMS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.15 a.m.) BOMBAY, May 21. Mr. Gandhi’s health is showing a substantial improvement and his doctors believe that he will soon be able to undertake short political discussions. In a letter to Mr. Jayaker, a Privy Councillor and leader of a non-party group in'lndian, Mr Gandhi said that while much was expected of him, he vzas unable thus far to see the light.
