CRIPPLED CHILDREN SOCIETY

MEETING OF WAIRARAPA EXECUTIVE. APPOINTMENT OF POST GUIDES COMMISSIONER. A meeting of the executive of the Wairarapa branch of the Crippled Children’s Society was held in Masterton yesterday. Mr E. M. Hodder presided. The purchase qf a car for the welfare officer was confirmed. Final arrangements were macle for a clinic to be held on April 12 and 13, and arrangements were made for a child to have dental treatment. The executive was advised that Mrs E. C. Holmes, of Featherston, had been appointed post-guides’ commissioner, and it was decided to co-opcrate with Mrs Holmes in her work. One new member was elected.
