SUDDEN DEATH MR A. BANNERMAN. (“Times-Age” Special.) The death occurred suddenly on Monday night of Mr A. Bannerman, teller at the local branch of the Bank of New Zealand. He had been for a run in his motor car and later said that he did not feel well. He was conveyed to the hospital, but expired on arrival. The late Mr Bannerman was a returned soldier of the last war. Swimming. At a swimming carnival to be held in the local baths, competitors will be present from the Hutt, Wellington, Petone and Wairarapa Swimming clubs.
