BOWLING CLUB COMPETITIONS, (“Times-Age” Special.) A number of club competitions were played over the weekend. In a match for the Gold Bars, the holders, Brunton and McLeod, beat Donnes and Higgison. For the Dennes medal G. Brunton beat J. Heid.
In the champion pairs, F. Dennes and W. Higgison beat H. R. Feast and N. McLeod, and J. Coleman and J. F. Thompson beat A. Peterson and J. Stringfellow.
In the handicap singles. J. F. Thompson beat J. Coleman, H. Wallace beat C. Bouzaid, H. Johns beat D. Whisker, J. F. Thompson beat J. Stringfellow, and D. Ferguson beat A. Thompson. In the championship singles N. McLeod beat R. Thompson. Entries will close on Thursday for the anniversary Day tournament. Persona! Items. Misses B. Gregor and E.
