ACCIDENT CASES

THREE MEN INJURED

Three accident cases were admitted to the Masterton Hospital during the weekend.

On Saturday afternoon, Mr. George Harding, of The Terrace, Lansdowne, cut one of his hands on a circular saw. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

On Saturday evening, Mr. . Lindsay Duguid, of Gienburn Station, was knocked down by a motor cycle near Carter ton. It is understood that he walked out on to the road in an attempt to secure a ride. He was admitted to the Masterton Hospital with a broken leg.

Yesterday afternoon, Mr. Thomas McKenny, of Pahiatua, was conveyed to hospital suffering from a suspected fracture of the leg, as the result of a fall the previous day. The condition of all this morning was reported to be satisfactory.
