BREAKDOWN OF' SERVICES.
(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, January 14. According to neutral observers, Sofia is a city of chaos and panic, since the raids by Allied bombers. They believe that if these heavyscale raids were repeated it would lead to Bulgaria: being bombed out of the war. The Ankara radio said all Army leave had been cancelled in Bulgaria.
