STATE THEATRE
“FIRST OF THE FEW.” “First of the Few,” will be finally shown tonight. “I MARRIED A WITCH.” There will be super entertainment at the State Theatre tomorrow night when the latest “comedy riot,” “I Married a Witch,” becomes the screen’s most unusual and uproarious picture. It is a gay, hilarious and delightful picture with a “plot” that is fast--moving and full of surprises. Patrons will doubtless vote it the best of the Thorne (“Topper”) Smith pictures. The chief roles are taken by Frederic March, Veronica Lake, Robert Benchley, and the Australian actor, Cecil Kellaway. It is one of the raciest co-medy-romances ever brought- to the screen.
