“BERLIN CORRESPONDENT.” The programme tonight will be headed by the thrilling drama, “Berlin Correspondent.” As the name suggests, the picture covers a field of activities associated with the war, and it provides entertainment of a kind that must appeal to discriminating audiences. There are many thrilling periods as this brilliant drama unfolds, a story that is outstanding for its theme and its clever acting. Dana Andrews and Virginia Gilmore are seen at theii’ best in this graphic story of Hitler and his gang. The supporting picture, “The Mad Martindales,” provides the audience with an excellent comedy that holds the interest throughout. The chief roles are portrayed by Jane Withers, Marjorie Weaver, Alan Mowbray, Jimmy Lydon and George Reeves. The brilliant drama, “Star Dust,” will be shown on Sunday night to, service men and their friends only.
