CUT IN HALF
RATIONS OF NON-BELLIGERENTS IN HONG KONG. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) CHUNGKING, April .9 The Central News Agency reports that as from March 1 the Japanese halved the food ration of non-bellig-erent nationals at Hong Kong, and advised them to depart voluntarily. The ration was 6.4 ounces of rice and flour daily and is now 3.2 ounces.
