WORKMAN KILLED

TWO OTHERS INJURED. TRAGEDY AT QUARRY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 25. One. man was killed and two others have serious head injuries as a result of a fall of rock in a quarry at Wayby, near Warkworth about 6 p.m. on Tuesday. The man killed was William Sinclair, aged 38, married, of Warkworth, and the injured are Ray Edgar Streat, aged 41, and Alfred Edward Hayward, aged 33, both of Warkworth. The quarry in which the men were working is fthe property of Bitumix, Ltd., asphalt manufacturers. There were four men near where the fall occurred. One of them, Thomas Sinclair, a brother of the man who was killed, escaped injury. The two injured men are in the Auckland Hospital.
