POLICE DEAL WITH MOB IN BOMBAY NEHRU’S HOUSE IN ALLAHABAD SEARCHED. BOOKS AND PAPERS SEIZED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, August 30. The police last night searched Pandit Nehru's house in Allahabad for four hours and seized a quantity of books and papers. The police in Bombay made several arrests when crowds hoisted Congress flags and rowdy elements stoned buses, trams and other vehicles.
