HOSPITAL IN EAST ANGLIA SEARCH FOR TRAPPED PATIENTS. FEARS OF HEAVY DEATH ROLL. LONDON, August 11. A German daylight raider dropped bombs on a town in the south of England and damaged houses and shops. In East Anglia rescue workers are searching for patients trapped in a hospital hit by a bomb last night. It is feared the death roll may be heavy. Twelve bodies have so far been recovered.
