LOST AIR LINER

FOUND IN NORTHERN AUSTRALIA MISSING SINCE LAST APRIL. TWELVE BODIES IN AIRCRAFT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) ADELAIDE, June 22. The New Guinea Airways Lockheed air liner, missing in North Australia since April 21, has been found. It crashed near Pine Creek. The bodies of the two pilots and ten non-civilian passengers were in the plane. The air liner was in charge of Captain D. G. Cameron, chief pilot of the New Guinea Airways. It appeared that the plane had crashed while making a forced landing. It was on a special trip for the Department of Civil Aviation.
