The Following N.Z.E.F. casualty list was issued yesterday:— DIED OF SICKNESS WHILE PRISONER OF WAR. HEADS, Alfred R., Pte., Edendale. MOORE, Morris C., L/Cpl., Stratford. DIED OF SICKNESS. THOMAS, Thomas D., Gnr., Auckland. WERETA, Qliver M., Pte., Palmerston North. AIR CASUALTIES FOUR OFFICERS MISSING. The following casualties among New Zealand air personnel serving overseas were announced yesterday:— BREWER. Gordon W„ Pilot Officer, R.N.Z. A.F., slightly wounded on air operation--; Auckland. CHAPMAN. John W„ Sgt.. R.N.Z.A.F., mis.iing on air operations; Wellington. CLOTHIER, Henry G„ Pilot Officer, R.N.Z. A.F., missing on air operations; Kaiapoi. EDWARDS, Norman J., Acting Flight Lieutenant, R.A.F.V.R., missing on air operations; Hastings. LEE, Kenneth L., Pilot Officer, R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations; Auckland. Reclassifications. MACKINNON, Douglas M., Sgt., R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, July. 1941, death now officially presumed by Air Ministry; Rangiriri.
