PREPARATIONS IN ULSTER & SCOTLAND REPORTED BY LONDON PAPER. LOCATION OF AREAS KEPT SECRET. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, January 7. Preparations have advanced for the reception of United States naval, air and army forces, says the “Daily Mail.” American technicians for months have been equipping a great base in Northern Ireland which the Americans have christened “Little America.” It has been built chiefly for the reception of lend-lease supplies, but it possesses elaborate facilities for military, air and naval forces. The location of two bases in Scotland is kept a secret, but they are believed to be equipped for a large air force.
