MASTERTON CLUB COLTS AND CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES. CLOSELY CONTESTED GAMES. The Masterton Indoor Bowling Club’s colts singles and championship singles games are now being played and most of the games have been very closely contested. The following are the games arranged for this week: —Tuesday: 7 p.m. No. 1. Pickering v. Hearps; No. 2. Dewar v. McFarlane; 7.45 p.m., No. 1, E. Mooney v. E. Gray; No. 2, Catton v. Miller; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, winner of Pickering and Hearps v Edwards; No. 2, winner of Catton and Miller v. McNab; 9.15 p.m., No. 1, Fenton v. C. Roff; No. 2, Spackman v. Brown. Wednesday: All members are to attend to play the return game against the Masterton Bowling Club. Thursday: 7 p.m., No. 1, Mooney or Gray v. Stears; 8.30 p.m., No. 1, Drivers v. Park; No. 2. Borthwicks No. 1 v. Builders.
