FEATHERSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL T’AKE NOTICE that the Council intends. under "The Municipal Corporations Act. 1933.” and "The Rating I Act. 1925." and “The Local Bodies’ | Loans Act. 1926." to levy the underi mentioned rates on the unimproved lvalue of all rateable properties in the l Borough:— j A SPECIAL CONSOLIDATED RATE | of 1 2i in the £’. made up as follows:— A General Rate of s]d in the £. A Lighting Rate of lj;d in the £. A Library Rate of gd in the £. A Water Loan Interest Rate. No. 1. of Id in tlie £. A Water Loan Interest Rate. No. 2. of :!d in the £. A Water Loan Interest Rate, No. 3. of lyd in the £. A Conversion Loan Interest Rate of 4d in the £. Also, on the Capital Value, under “The Health Act, 1920." and other authorities: — A Separate Hospital Rate of Jd in the £. A Drainage Maintenance Rate of 1-16 d in the £. In the case, for public health reasons, the removal of house refuse is required more often than the prescribed times of removal, such refuse shall be deemed to be excessive in quantity, and in such case the occupier shall pay a fee of five shillings (5/-) for such removal. The said rates will be levied at an ordinary meeting of the Council, to be held on the 10th day of July, 1941. at 7 p.m., and will be payable in one sum at the office of the Council on the 24th day of July, 1941.
