GERMANS & RUMANIANS MASSING ACCORDING TO REPORTS IN TURKEY. ATTACK SAID TO BE PLANNED - FOR JUNE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, June 5. The Ankara correspondent of th'e Associated Press of Great Britain declares that foreign quarters in the Turkish capital are discussing reports that the Germans and the Rumanians are massing for an attack against Russia which is planned for June.
