Litvinov (former Foreign Commissioner) from the Central Committee of the party ’ for not securing the fulfilment of his obligations as a member.'' The conference elected the new Russian Ambassador to Berlin. M. Dckanosov. to the committee, with M Maisky as a reserve member.
