A REPAIRING HINT
MACINTOSH OR UMBRELLA. To repair a tear in a macintosh or an umbrella, cut a strip of adhesive tape a little longer than the tear and cover the tear on the wrong side of the mackintosh or umbrella, drawing the edges closely together. The repair will be almost invisible on the right side.
