PARTIES IN OPPOSITION NATONAL DEMOCRATIC BLOC FORMED. ' DECISION OF CONFERENCE (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) BOMBAY, December 22. A conference under the auspices of Mahendra Nath Roy. an ex-member of the Committee of the Third International. also Narayan Bhaskar Kare. an ex-Congress member and Premier of the Central Provinces inaugurated the Radical Democratic Peoples' Party, and resolved to form a national democratic bloc, consisting of parties opposed to the present Congress policy and pledged to fight Fascism.
