PERSONAL ITEMS VISITORS TO HOUSE PARTY. (“Times-Age” Special.) Visitors to Dr. and Mrs. G. S. Sharp’s house party over the weekend included Mrs. W. Shiver, Misses Betty McLean, and Peggy Bryan (Wellington), Nurses Bunty Blundell (Wellington) and Pai Beamish (Whana Whana, Hawke's Bay). Colonel Shirer is at present at the Tauherenikau Training School. Mr. J. W. Card and Miss Esma Card were visitors to Levin for the weekend. Miss M. Smith, Lower Hutt, was a visitor to Featherston during the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. P. Bright and Mr. and Mrs. L. Reid (Wellington) have been the guests of Mrs. L. McKenna. Leading Aircraftman D. McKenna is home on leave. Mr. Richards, Shannon, was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. Robinson for the weekend. Word has been received that Aircraftman J. Houston has been transferred to the Fleet Air Arm. Mrs R. Poole, Wellington, was a weekend visitor to Featherston. Christmas Gathering. The usual Christmas Euchre party is to be held in the Kaiwaiwai Hall on Thursday. December 19.
