FRENCHMEN & GERMANS MEMBERS OF ARMISTICE COMMISSION. WHILE FLYING TO FRANCE FROM NORTH AFRICA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) VICHY, October 20. It is officially announced that three French and four German members of the Armistice Commission and also six German soldiers, were killed on October 10, when a plane fell into the Mediterranean while flying to France from North Africa. Several bodies have been washed up on the North African coast.
