FUTURE OF INTERNATIONAL LAW. ADDRESS BY VISITING ' DEBATER. There was a large attendance at the weekly luncheon, of the Masterton Rotary Club today. The president. Mr J. J, Hunter, was in the cair. The song session was lead by Ser-geant-Major C. E. Rogers. A warm welcome was extended to the visiting Australian debaters. Messrs Campbell and Jenkins. Mr Campbell delivered an informative address on the future of International Law. A hearty vote of thanks’was accorded the speaker on the motion of Mr IT. IT. Daniell.
