ANNUAL CONFERENCE HELD IN WELLINGTON. MANY MEMBERS JOIN FORCES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The annual conference ol the New Zealand Clerical Employees'. Association was held on Thursday, twenty-six delegates, representing 16.000 office workers both men and women being present. The following officers were elected: -President. Mr P. Herbert: vice-president. Mr T. Nuttall: secretary and treasurer. Mr W. N. Pharazyn. Attention was drawn to the large number of clerical workers who had enlisted in the Expeditionary Force. The conference recommended that all who so desired should remain members of their -miens during the period of service without subscription. Various
