PERJURY ALLEGED

The secretary of the German-Ameri-can Bund, James Wheeler Hill, was arrested on three counts of perjury, one of which is based on his evidence the trial of Fritz. Kulm, leader of the bund, on a charge of theft. The information specifies 15 allegations of perjury. The trial will be held on January 29.
