GOLF CLUB LABOUR DAY TOURNEY. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Featherston Golf Club will hold its annual Labour Day tournament on October 21 and 23 PRIMARY SCHOOL STAFF APPOINTMENT Mr Lane, of Carterton, has been appointed to the temporary teaching staff of the Featherston primary school, in place of Miss Brash, who was transferred to Martinborough. Personal Items. Miss Margery Juno has returned from a visit to Wellington. Mrs A. C. Marsh, of Pahiatua, is visiting her daughter, Mrs P. H. Wilton, Revans Street. Mr and Mrs Tricker, Waipukurau, are visitors to Featherston, and are the guests of Mrs C. R. Skipage.
