Mr. H. M. Boddington reports that four points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday and 64 points were registered for the 24 hours up till 9 a.m. today. Weather forecast: North-westerly winds about the straits, otherwise west to north-westerly, force ' fresh to strong.
