LABOUR PARTY

MASTERTON BRANCH MEETING

CHALLENGE TO DEBATE

There was a very good attendance at the monthly meeting of the Masterton Branch of the Now Zealand Labour Party held in the Y.M.C.A. last night. At Ihe conclusion of the general business several members took part in a play reading which was much appreciated by those present. As arrangements had already been made for a subject for the next meeting in September it was decided to accept the challenge to a debate from the Ekctahuna Branch to take place at the October meeting. Supper which was served by the ladies, brought a very enjoyable meeting to a close.
