Correspondence will be accepted for dispatch by airmail services in North, South and Central America, also West Indies. THURSDAY, AUGUST 3. Great Britain, Ireland, Canada (Eastern States) and Newfoundland (letters only), due London, August 17, also airmail correspondence for foreign countries (special rates apply) served by the Empire air srvices, by Wanganella, 8.30 а. late fee, 9 a.m. Australian States, Ceylon, India, China, Malaya, Egypt, East and South Africa, Italy and' Balkans, by Wanganella, 8.30 a.m.; late fee, 9 a.m. Parcel mail and second-class matter, 3.30 p.m. on Wednesday.
