“The Times” Rome correspondent says Italy’s decision to expel foreigners from the Tyrol applies to all foreigners, both residents and tourists, “for political and military motives.” The Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs told the British Ambassador that only tourists were required to leave within twenty-four ’ hours. A prefect will examirie each case of residents on its merits and will fix a time limit for the winding up of affairs and departure.
