Italy and Albania are negotiating for a reinforcement of the existing defensive alliance, states the “Gazzetta Delmezzo Giorno,” which quotes a broadcast from Bari that negotiations are in progress, at the explicit request of King Zog. The broadcast added that it was not Italy’s intention to attempt action against the integrity or independence of Albania. It is authoritatively stated in England that Italy has agreed to end the Nyon non-intervention agreement. TROOPS BEING LANDED. ACCORDING TO DIPLOMATIC ADVICES.
