The Rome correspondent of the British United Press states that the high command of the alpine troops has transferred to Trento from. Rome. The War Office states that this is, the normal operation, but foreign ipilitarj, authorities report that the Trento and Gorizia garrisons have been placed on a footing in readiness for mobilisation. ALBANIA WILL RESIST. ANY ITALIAN LANDING. (Received This Day. 11.55 a.m.) PARIS,. April 4. , Albania and Italy are reported to be discussing the Italian demand ■to be allowed to land troops, in. Albania, cither tomorrow or Thursday. ~. ~ It is reported from Tirana .that Albania intends. to resist any Italian military landing. The Albanian War -Ministry deny that it has been agreed that Albania shall become a of Italy but refuse to confirm'dr deny that negotiations with Italy are proceeding. REPORT NOT CONFIRMED.
