Boothby (Con., Aberdeen) asked for an assurance that there was no foundation for the “Times” editorial suggestion that the Polish undertaking did not apply to existing frontiers. The Parliamentary Undor-Secrctai’y for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A. Butler, replied: ‘’The statement issued last Saturday, may be accepted as the official view.”
