DENTAL CLINIC. NURSE’S REPORT FOR MARCH. (“Times-Age” Special.) The following is the Dental Nurse’s report of the work done at the Eketahuna School Dental Clinic during March: —Fillings: Second teeth, 147; first teeth, 251; total, 398. Extractions: Second teeth, —; first teeth, 51; total, 51. Miscellaneous operations and treatments, 61. Cleanings, 92. Total operations, 602. Treatments completed:— Eketahuna school: Six new entrants; 20 revisions patients; Nireaha, 7,1; Hastwell, 1, 11; Kaiparoro, 1 12; Newman, 2, 19; Ihuraua, 0, 10; Alfredton, 4,2; under school age, 5,2. Total new entrants, 26; total revision patients, 77. Post Office Easter Hours. The following hours will be observed at the Eketahuna Post Office during Easter:— Good Friday, will be observed as a holiday, and the Post Office will be closed all day. No mails will be despatched or received on that day. On Easter Saturday the Post Office will be open as usual. Easter Monday will be observed as a holiday. The Post Office will be closed, and outward mails for all stations north and south will close at 7.30 a.m. Inward mails will not be sorted. A delivery of correspondence will be made over the counter between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the evenings of Thursday, April 6, and Saturday, April 8. The telephone exchange will be open continuously ds usual. Cricket Match. In a cricket match played at Rongomai, the Eketahuna team defeated Rongomai by two runs on the first innings. Scores:—Eketahuna, first innings, 62 (H. Boustead 13, H. Walton 10); second innings, 126 (Higginson 27, Bowden 21, Hornblow 21, Payne (not out) 14, Brown 14). Rongomai, first innings, 60 (Stevenson 15, Graham 13); second innings, 7 for 107 (Stevenson 47, Graham 26, S. Evans (not out) 15); Leith 5 for 31 and 2 for 16; and Brown 4 for 20 and 3 for 26), were the most successful bowlers for Eketahuna.
