ALLEGED MOVE FOR NATIONAL] GOVERNMENT 1 AT INSTANCE OF M BLUM. STORY DENIED BY LEADERS. (Independent Cable Service.) PARIS. December 22. A first-class political sensation has been caused by reports ■ that M Blum, the Socialist leader, is sounding out M Tardieu, whb is regarded as one of the most reactionary politicians, with a view to creating a National Government, in which M Blum is willing to serve. Both M Tardieu and M Delbos, who is stated to be the medium through which M Blum and M Tardieu conducted conversations, deny the story.
