GOLD MINING RETURNS
The Nemona dredge return was 56 ounces from 13,500 cubic yards worked in 116 hours. The Bundi dredge return was 104 oz of smelted gold from 12,420 cubic.yards for 95 hours. The Mossy Creek dredge washed up for 28oz 2dwt. . _ „ The directors of the Maori Gully Dredging Company expect to make a favourable recommendation at next months annual meeting regarding a new area. The prospecting of Waipuna and Callaghans has been satisfactory, while an option has been secured over an additional 100 acres. at Callaghans, which is now being bore .
