OPOTIKI TRAGEDY
MAN FOUND FATALLY SHOT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) OPOTIKI, < This Day. Charles Edwardson, a widower and employee of a butter factory, was found outside his residence at about eleven o’clock last night, fatally shot through the head. It is stated that Mrs Edwardson heard the shot, rushed out and discovered her husband dead, with a bullet wound in his head and a sawnoff rifle beside his body.
