Mr Reid has always been a keen advocate for herd-testing, and for the last four seasons his herd have averaged 3251 b. fat, and the top average for the four years was 3771 b. fat—a record that takes a lot of beating. The cows are in good condition and all are early calvers. Full printed patriculars, showing each cow’s average record for the past four seasons, her age and calving dates, are now ; available from the Auctioneers, and this schedule will also be handed out at the sale.
