DECREASE IN PROFIT (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, June 1. A net profit of £20,812, a decrease of £5218 on the previous year, is shown in the accounts of New Zealand Perpetual Forests, Ltd., for the year ended March 31.
A final dividend of 4 per cent and a special dividend of 2J per cent are recommended, making, with an interim payment of 4 per cent, a total distribution of 101 per cent for the year. This compares with 8 per cent for the previous year.
