The prisoner was ordered within twelve days, to find security for good behaviour in his recognizances of £IOOO and two sureties of £IOOO each ; in default, six months’ imprisonment. December IS. It is expected that the Government will proclaim the action of the Irish Land Leaguers, in inciting tenants not to pay rents, illegal, and that any members continuing such action will be charged with conspiracy. Messrs R. Goldsborough and Co. held their usual weekly sale this afternoon to a large attendance of buyers. The catalogue comprised 5000 bales, of which 4000 were sold; Competition was brisk, and good prices were realised for light and sound merinos, fine crossbreds, and superior lambs, but broad merinos, short combings, and ordinary scoured wools were in poor demand. Greasy wool sold up to 11J, scoured to 17d, and washed fleece to 15d.
