OTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, the 27th day of NOVEMBER, at Noon, at which it will be proposed to pass a Special Order adopting the following Bye* Laws, viz. ; Bye Law No 2, regulating that all Vehicles Travelling the Public Roads within the Wairarapa West County, between the hours of sunset and sunrise, shall carry at least one light, affixed to the drivers’ side, and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for any contravention hereof, said Bye Law to come into force on the Ist day of January, 1887.
