TWENTY POUNDS STERLING will be presented to the one who guesses the exact number (or nearest) of Broad Beans as shown in our big window in Manners Street. The Competition will commence on Saturday, 21st August, and close on Wednesday, 3rd November, of which due notice will be given. Every purchaser to the value of 2s 6d will be entitled to one ticket, and an extra ticket for every additional 2s 6d worth of goods pur* chased. During the Competition all goods will be sold at Great Reductions. All Accounts paid during the Competition will receive tickets to the amount of the account.
