WINNING JOCKEYS. Latest returns from England show that C. Wood still heads the list of winning jockeys, having np to the 2nd of Angnsl won 96 races, and lost only 160. In roand numbers this means that be has won 371 per cent, of the races in which he has ridden daring tbe season, a truly marvellous record. Archer who is second on the list, won 89 and lo .t 215, bis aggregate and average being therefore considerably below those of bis great rival.
