WAIRARAPA WEST COUNTY COUNCIL, NOTICE is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Council will be held on SATURDAY, 9th day of October, at noon, at which it will bo proposed to pass a special Order adopting the following BYE LAWS, viz.: Bye Law No. 2. Regulating that all Vehicles travelling the public Roads within the Wairarapa West County between the hours of sunset and sunrise shall carry at least one light affixed to the drivet’a side and providing a penalty not exceeding £5 for any contravention thereof; said Bye Law to come into force on Ist day of January, 1887.
